This 45t-35m container gantry crane is specially made to fit Russia’s cold weather, big temperature changes and rainy/snowy open-air working environment.
Solid steel structure: Main beam and legs use high-strength low-alloy steel. All key welds pass non-destructive testing. We do full stress relief and multi-layer anti-rust painting to stop crack under low temperature and corrosion. Every crane is fully tested with load simulation before leaving our factory to meet European FEM standards and Russian local equipment rules.
Safe & smart electric system: Variable frequency drive ensures smooth lifting, trolley and gantry travelling without sudden impact. Multiple safety devices come as standard: overload protection, travel limit switches, height limit and anti-sway spreader for standard 20GP/40HQ containers, cutting down container damage and improving loading efficiency.
Cold-resistant spare parts: Top-brand core motors, reducers and brakes are used. Electric cabinets and special cold-proof cables avoid short circuit caused by cold dew in frigid Russian climate and extend crane service life.
Three strict inspections are carried out during production: incoming parts check, semi-finished product test and full machine running test. No unqualified parts are allowed into finished cranes.
