The common problems in the use of electric hoists are often related to operation, maintenance, or component wear and tear. Here, the editor has compiled some for your reference.
一、 Lifting/lowering related issues
1. Unable to lift or lower: First confirm that the power is connected and the voltage is stable, and check if the circuit breaker has tripped.
2. Slow lifting/lowering speed: If the motor voltage is insufficient, check the power supply circuit. If the gearbox is short of oil, supplement the corresponding type of lubricating oil. If the gear wear is severe, replace the gear set.
3. Slipping hook after lifting: If the brake pads are worn out or the spring is loose, replace the brake pads and adjust the spring tension.二、 Running system issues
1.Large/small car running stutter: Clean up debris and oil stains on the track, check whether the wheels are deformed or unevenly worn, adjust the distance between the wheels to ensure they fit the track.
2.Excessive noise during operation: If the motor or gearbox lacks oil, it needs to be lubricated. If the wheel bearings are damaged, they should be replaced. If the track joints are uneven, they need to be polished flat.
三、 Electrical system issues
1. The motor heats up too quickly: Stop overloading immediately, check if the motor ventilation port is blocked, clean the dust to improve heat dissipation; Bearing jamming requires disassembly, lubrication, or replacement of the bearing.
2. Remote control failure: Replace the remote control battery, avoid obstructions to ensure smooth signal flow; If it still doesn't work, repair the internal components of the remote control or replace the receiver.
3. Frequent tripping of equipment: Check whether the circuit is short circuited, whether the overload protection is sensitive, and whether the motor winding is damp. If it is damp, it needs to be dried.
四、 Other key issues
1.Wear and breakage of steel wire rope: Regularly apply special lubricating grease for steel wire rope. If the number of broken wires exceeds the standard or rust or deformation occurs, replace the steel wire rope immediately.
2.Hook stuck and not rotating properly: Disassemble the hook bearing, clean the rust and debris, and apply lubricating grease. If the bearing is damaged, replace it directly.
3.Limit switch failure: Check if the limit switch is stuck by foreign objects and if the contacts are oxidized. If damaged, replace the limit switch to ensure that the lifting/lowering stroke is controllable.
