This crane integrates three core functions: dual carbon block clamping, material suction, and material distribution. Equipped with long-stroke opening/closing clamps, it flexibly handles carbon blocks of various sizes, eliminating frequent tooth plate replacements and repeated adjustments, greatly improving operational convenience and efficiency.
Anode Carbon Block Stacking Crane: Efficient, Stable, Safe and Reliable
As the key handling equipment in carbon block warehouses, this crane features adjustable combined clamps that can precisely grip up to 10 anode carbon blocks per cycle. The gripping quantity can be adjusted to meet production needs, achieving both high efficiency and flexible production, ensuring stable and continuous material handling for primary aluminum production.
Pot Tending Machine (PTM): Intelligent, Precise, Safe and Controllable
This unit is equipped with a high-precision sensor-based height-measuring and tightening system. It integrates crust breaking, anode replacement, residue cleaning, and automatic covering material feeding. It automatically breaks electrolyte crusts, extracts spent anodes, and recovers covering materials.
With exclusive PTM automatic anode changing technology and AI visual recognition, it independently completes eight major processes, achieving zero personnel exposure risk, significantly reducing labor intensity, and comprehensively enhancing production safety and efficiency.
